Product Overview
This rechargeable battery uses nickel oxide hydroxide and hydrogen-absorbing alloy as electrodes and is commonly known as Nickel metal hydride battery (Ni-MH) Battery Pack. It is designed with a capacity of 2700 mAh and a has 30 - 40 % higher capacity over a standard Ni-Cd battery and is less prone to memory loss. Ni-MH batteries are easily shipped and stored becasue, unlike alkaline batteries, they are not subject to regulatory control. They are environmentally friendly, contain only mild toxins and can be recycled. NiMH cells are advantageous for high current drain applications, largely due to their lower internal resistance.These batteries are often used in dgital cameras and other high drain devices where over the duration of single charge use, they outperform primary (such as alkaline) batteries. This battery is compatible with Tonoport V, and Tonport VI Diagnostic ECG systems.
