Product Overview
The Fuse, On/Off CTX BLOC 160A 660V 180 KA UL Rated is an electrical device used to protect electrical circuit from the effects of current higher than usual. This safety device consists of a strip of wire that melts and breaks an electric circuit, when the current level exceeds a desired level. This special purpose fuse is a type of semiconductor protection fuse. The semiconductor fuses are fast acting, designed for the protection of power semiconductor devices. These fuses can be used when fast acting, current-limiting fuses are needed to deliver security against damaging effects of short-circuit currents. The fuse also comes with a blown fuse indicator. The blown fuse indicator helps to detect a blown fuse. The fuses houses a stud mounting plate with the help of which it can be securely mounted as per the requirement.
