Product Overview
An ultrasound transducer, also called a probe, is a device that produces sound waves that bounce off body tissues and make echoes. A Transducer also receives the echoes and sends them to a computer that uses them to create an image called a Sonogram. The GE i12L-RS probe is a linear array ultrasound transducer that is compatible with many GE ultrasound systems. This probe is useful across a broad range of applications including pediatric, small parts, making it a versatile and useful probe. The probes feature a ComfortScan design and the miniaturized RS connector, with ergonomics that help maximize ease of use and patient comfort. A lightweight transducer cable minimizes strain for the user, facilitating transducer placement. This probe is compatible to be use with GE's Vivid S5, Vivid S6 and Logiq E Ultrasound Systems.
