The 9L-RS Probe helps you achieve strong performance on every examination. This transducer comes under linear array type transducer category which is used to measure the movement in a straight line by means of converting the displacement into an electrical signal which is proportional to the amount of displacement. The transducer is used to pick up the reflected waves from the organ location and send them to a computer. Then, this computer transforms this reflected wave into an image.
