The Head Holder Wedge is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The wedge is used in CT series like the CT HiSpeed Xi-Slice, CT LightSpeed 2.X Plus 4-Slice and many more products from different series. The high dimensional accuracy ensures perfect fit of the wedge in the required position. The crosslink polyolefin foam material helps to make the wedge light in weight without compromising the integral strength of the component. The crosslink polyolefin foam has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength, impact and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the product.
