• Transilluminator is a micro-computer which provides high intensity light for finding the artery easily and assists in maternal care. Transillumination is a method of examination by the passage of light through tissues or body cavity, which is done by these micro-computers. In microscopy transillumination refers to the illumination of a sample by transmitted light. In its most basic form, it generates a bright field image and is commonly used with transillumination techniques such as phase contrast and differential interference contrast microscopy. The cable transilluminator is used in maternal-Infant care. It provides flexibility which ensures that it does not make heat, interference with procedures.
